OUR PEOPLE  almost 100 of them, are all here for you

We understand how demanding your production process is.

The MANSON Group has chosen to invest in people where we believe it really counts - 'front of house', helping our customers get the best possible service.

We can do that because we have a rolling programme of investment in the best and latest plant and technology. This means our manufacturing operation is extremely efficient, enabling us to focus our human resources on great customer support.

Around 100 people work at The MANSON Group, allowing us to operate 24 hours a day, 6 days a week. And a large proportion of our team are employed purely to look after our customers, understand their needs and project manage their publications.

Our board of directors - Carina Wass, Barry Steele and Neil Wass - have all spent their entire working lives in printing, and each one of them has worked, or continues to work, directly with our clients. This has led to a company culture in which our 'front of house' employees who advise our clients are placed at the very heart of The MANSON Group's business.

Let us introduce you to just a few of those who you're most likely to meet early on:

In particular, he relishes the fact that by utilising JDF technology, the quotation process is now faster and more closely integrated with production.

Ideally placed for his customer facing role, Tony Howitt has looked after clients for a number of years, most notably as head of prepress where he helped many customers implement digital workflows, advising on file creation, digital technology and quality procedures

Aires Fernandes Having spent the early years of his career in the publishing department of the BMA, Aires Fernandes moved into estate agency. It was at that point that he discovered his love of print as after a matter of weeks, he was longing to return. He now enjoys advising people in his former position and feels it gives him a unique advantage in understanding their needs.

Sam Bryant Mark Howson has years of experience in production, majoring in production control where he took charge of scheduling for one of the UK's largest print companies.
